Learning the market---from the COO seat - 06/24/08 09:29 PM
I am amazed at what we all allow--- sellers that are not educated to waht it will take to sell their house----for one thing! We take their listings essentially allowing them to be the price experts and then we moan and groan about how hard the market is. Tonight on Larry King there was a discussion with 5 national real estate experts how to sell a house now--- price it below what is on the market now for sure!!!! Everyone is asking what is Steve doing in Pittsburgh.
18 years , 200 days an airplane a day--- go figure it out. I am tired of flying for one thing.
