Today it is raining--- we could feel that has been the way it has been for a few weeks now. WE must get active and make our own sun shine, WE as leaders in our offices and companies must encourage our agents to work,

Training Emerging Leadership - 10/22/08 10:41 AM
We are investing in our future. For the first time ever we are investing in the future growth of our company lleadership.We have created a porgram called PPERL. It is an acronym for Prudential Preferred Emerging Realty Leadership Program.We are holding 12 interviews today for those that might qualify to enter a leadership development program in our company. It isa major step but one we are excited about.  We will hold 'auditions twice a year and hope this is a great strategy for us.
We would love to know of people that might be candidates for us.

Well the stock market was up yesterday.
Pittsburgh has been highlighted as the best place to buy a house. WE never had a bubble. There is not real downside here. WE are not falling through the floor as many California of Florida locales. We just need to focus our business prospecting strategies.
We can do it here in Pittsburgh!!!! Our market can happen
