buyers market: Seller Inspections -A Valuable Tool that is Rarely Used

We offer seller inspections and participate in the Move-In CertifiedTM program through the International Assoc. of Certified Home Inspectors. It would seem that this type of inspection would be a hot item in this buyer's market; however, seller inspections have accounted for only a small percentage of our business. I have done web searches and found that the Move-In CertifiedTM program is being used with success in other parts of the country, but, from my conversations with agents, it is unknown in my area.
