The extremely unattractive South East corner of 40th St and Camelback has long awaited it's new neighborhood fine dining establishment. Sam Fox, famous for his modern Italian restaurant NoRTH will be opening his 6th location here. I live in the neighborhood, had my door knocked about three years back asking if I would support the establishment, duh! Who would not that has ever frequented a Sam Fox creation. Hike to the top of this 2,704 square foot hike that is a wild, desert, natural preserve in the middle of the city, in the Community of Arcadia with 360 degree views of Phoenix, Scottsdale and beyond! Although the distance is considered a short hike, it is a strenuous one by most hikers standards.

In effort to combat the school budge cuts, the community of Arcadia looked to solve the problem. Arcadia's public school system belongs to the Scottsdale Unified School District. Arcadia Pride is a non-profit organization supporting the Arcadia Neighborhood Schools with funding. Arcadia Pride has added nearly $300,000 to the following schools:
Arcadia High School                                                      
Arcadia Neighborhood Learning Center
Hopi Elementary School
Ingleside Middle School
Tavan Elementary School
