A report issued Monday by the U.S. government showed core inflation rising 2.5 percent in the last 12 months for its biggest one-year gain since January 2010. Everyday living is becoming expensive, it seems. Utilities cost in Arizona alone raised just under a 30% increase. The state does not stand alone in climbing living expenses. Arizona has a very healthy economy, one of the highest salaried states in the US, $50k plus annual salaries. Lower purchase price affords residents to buyer newer homes with more space. The extremely unattractive South East corner of 40th St and Camelback has long awaited it's new neighborhood fine dining establishment. Sam Fox, famous for his modern Italian restaurant NoRTH will be opening his 6th location here. I live in the neighborhood, had my door knocked about three years back asking if I would support the establishment, duh! Who would not that has ever frequented a Sam Fox creation. Sunset over Camelbac Hike to the top of this 2,704 square foot hike that is a wild, desert, natural preserve in the middle of the city, in the Community of Arcadia with 360 degree views of Phoenix, Scottsdale and beyond! Although the distance is considered a short hike, it is a strenuous one by most hikers standards. Before beginning any exercise, have at least 15-20 oz of water in your system.
