bank owned: Why use a Realtor to buy Real Estate? - 07/07/11 11:38 AM
Using a Realtor gives you confidence in your approach to real estate whether it is buying, selling or investing. The humble, better half of the Realtors combine technology with good ol' wisdom that only comes from experience. You need an expert in pricing the home, arranging and coordinating the business aspects (inspections, appraisal, marketing, open houses, negotiations, etc...) in the sales process. Eighty-five percent of sellers were assisted by a real estate agent when selling their home, according to NAR Research, and 79 percent of buyers purchased their home through a real estate agent or broker. bank owned: USA Top 25 Lease Expensive Cities to live in... - 07/02/11 06:11 AM

A report issued Monday by the U.S. government showed core inflation rising 2.5 percent in the last 12 months for its biggest one-year gain since January 2010. Everyday living is becoming expensive, it seems. Utilities cost in Arizona alone raised just under a 30% increase. The state does not stand alone in climbing living expenses. Arizona has a very healthy economy, one of the highest salaried states in the US, $50k plus annual salaries. Lower purchase price affords residents to buyer newer homes with more space. All this is in my other blog about reasons to relocate to Phoenix. Please read … (6 comments)

bank owned: Traditional Sales Not a short sale or bank owned...too good to be true?! Easy Valley Realtors look up. - 06/23/11 11:37 AM
At the present moment, we have 26, TWENTY SIX, professionally remodeled and landscaped homes that are MOVE IN READY! We are extremely savvy investors who turned over 230 properties last year, and over 250 in 2009. Each of these homes are a direct competitor to new builds, as these homes look as though they were just built. Fresh two tone paint, new carpet, new stainless steel appliances, slab granite, and often we are building new pools! We have bonuses on a few properties, offer home warranties with every home, and we do not shy away from giving seller concessions to the … (0 comments)

bank owned: What is going on at the UHaul corner (40th ST and Camelback) with Sam Fox? Arcadia 85018 - 06/23/11 10:37 AM

The extremely unattractive South East corner of 40th St and Camelback has long awaited it's new neighborhood fine dining establishment. Sam Fox, famous for his modern Italian restaurant NoRTH will be opening his 6th location here. I live in the neighborhood, had my door knocked about three years back asking if I would support the establishment, duh! Who would not that has ever frequented a Sam Fox creation. One thing our community did decline was a second story edition to the new fab spot. The location does offer … (0 comments)

bank owned: Arcadia 85018 Camelback Mountain AVOID RESCUE from your hike - 06/20/11 02:16 PM

Sunset over Camelbac
Hike to the top of this 2,704 square foot hike that is a wild, desert, natural preserve in the middle of the city, in the Community of Arcadia with 360 degree views of Phoenix, Scottsdale and beyond! Although the distance is considered a short hike, it is a strenuous one by most hikers standards.
Before beginning any exercise, have at least 15-20 oz of water in your system. Fill a few water bottles half way and freeze. Once frozen, fill to top with water. If you use a Camelpack, use ice cubes in the bladder. Lather up … (3 comments)
