This annual servvice aid in the prevention of chimney fires the article said, as for me I do service my chimney every falls and service my boiler as well in preperation for the winter season.
The article said by doing maintainance to your chimney not only prevent fires but prevent carbon monoxide poisonings and also help keep heating and fireplace functioning properly.
