Anyone read "Endless Referrals" published in 05 by McGraw-Hill - 02/01/08 12:16 PM
I am very interested in developing my referral system to the nth power!  I have seen this book referred to on several other blogs, anyone here read it, recommendations?  Is is worth my time to read and implement; anything else you recommend on the referral business development? 
 I also an thinking about Guerrilla Marketing and Ready Fire Aim, both of these books have good recommendations on Real Estate Ttomato.

There are some great resources in the links above for Realtors, teachers, families, and places to see on vacation.  The animated turbine is really cool for all you mechanically inclined people.  I am a huge photography buff so I had to look at all the pictures, and there are some really great ones, especially the last one in the pictures group.

Alternative Energy - Wind Turbines and Corn Burning Systems - 02/01/08 11:34 AM
Alternative energy is a big thing in my area (north west Iowa) partly because of the extreme cold in the winter and the constantly blowing wind and partly because of the abundance of corn and high fuel prices.  Wind turbines (wind farms) are very prominent in this area, in fact we live on the Buffalo Ridge.  This ridge has the highest maintained wind speed in all of Iowa, so it is a no brainer to put wind turbines here.  Check out the pictures of the turbines, they are located in corn and soybean fields.
