I have had several websites over the last 8 years, homes.com, point 2, and one I built myself on Homestead. All are expensive, take a lot of time and for the most part other than the one I built myself they all look cookie cutter. I was very concerned about the "Ownership of my material" on Homes.com, and copyright problems.

However, it is doing so at the expense of fairly and honestly representing clients. In a consensual dual agency transaction where one agent represents both the buyer and the seller, who exactly is the agent representing?
