iPad Anomaly - 06/28/10 02:02 PM
When a friend had lunch with me today (2 friends and 2 iPads) she said that when she has her sunglasses on, when she looks at her iPad in vertical mode, she only sees the black screen; when she looks at her iPad in horizontal mode, everything looks normal. So, I put on her sunglasses and looked at my iPad. The same thing happened. My first question was whether her glasses were polarized. No, but they're UV. After getting back to my office, I put on my sunglasses and everything looked fine in both horizontal and vertical mode. Any explanation, (9 comments)
Please remove any reference to our company from the internet. You are no longer affiliated with our franchise (actually my company at that time had dropped the franchise) and we don't want any connection of your name with ours on the internet. We've been watching the construction for months (10 comments)
St Petersburg Named Top Mid-Size Art City - 06/02/10 11:07 AM
St Petersburg is named the top mid-size art city by American Style magazine. St Pete has an eclectic art community, from the Salvador Dali Museum which opens in its creative new building on January 11, 2011 to the new Chihuly Collection opening in July to the Museum of Fine Arts which has expanded twice. Our Mainsail Arts Festival keeps moving from downtown park to park as it grows. Mehaffey Theater has Broadway plays, the orchestra, ballet and so much more. Private art galleries are all around. The Crisp Arcade has been revitalized into a number of galleries and workshops. We know (7 comments)
