canada luxury market: Vancouver luxury market

Last weekend Tami and I attended the Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate annual conference which was held in Vancouver. Vancouver and Seattle both feature the crane as their local "bird" as luxury condos and luxury condos over hotels are going up in both areas. We were able to spend some time with Jon and Sara Washburn in Seattle and with Alan Mah in Vancouver - it's really great when you can get the local viewpoint on what's going on.
