You only have one chance to make a first impression. There is only one time when a listing is brand new and goes out to all those buyers who are looking and waiting. Photos coming later? Too bad - the buyers didn't find what they were looking for and deleted you.

Not only people, but listings, have only one chance to make a first impression. How often do you see a new listing without photographs or with missing remarks or information? That's just the tip of the iceberg. My team is always telling me - we do so much more for a listing
