The Tampa Bay Parade of Homes opens today and will run through November 4th. Over 100 homes and townhouses are on tour throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. There are two showcase homes. In Pinellas County it's the Dartmouth II by Hannah Bartoletta at Mobbly Bay. In Hillsborough County it's the Montebello by Nohl Crest at Ladera. The Montebello is a certified green home. Homes are open daily from 10 am until 6 pm except for Sundays when the homes don't open until noon. These cover a VERY wide area, so you may want to plan a county each weekend. … (0 comments)
