The Sacramento Children's Theatre debuts in February!"The Tale Spinner" Plot summary: One rainy night, when a thunderstorm knocks the power out to both the computer and the television, two bored children go exploring and find a big, beautiful, mysterious book on a shelf. A book they've never seen before, called "The Tale Spinner".
