The 5th Annual Client Appreciation Easter Egg Hunt. - 04/13/09 04:42 PM
The McIntire Team of Long and Foster Real Estate once again invited all of our past and present clients, friends and family to join the fun at the yearly Easter Egg Hunt in Centennial Park in Ellicott City.
On Sunday April 5th 2009, we were very blessed with a perfect April Day. Not too cold for an outside event and not too warm that the chocolate would melt inside all of the Easter Eggs that were creating a sea of color at the field behind pavilion D.

The good news is that Baltimore City Residential sales have greatly increased in the month of March 2009 compared to the previous statistics of February 2009. More homes have sold and the inventory has only slightly increased.

There was obviously a great deal of activity for the month of March 2009 in Anne Arundel County. The number of sales increased to 352 from 233 in February 2009, but statistically the average sale price as a percentage of the average list price was 87.4%. IT'S A GREAT TIME TO BUY A HOME IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.
