baltimore county: Finally we can RECYCLE with ease. - 01/11/10 06:11 PM
Starting the week of February 1, 2010 Recycling in Baltimore County will be easier and more convenient than ever with the start of "Single Stream" recycling collection. This announcement came through the mail last week and essentially it means that residents of Baltimore County no longer have to endure the strict regulations of recycling that have been in effect. I relocated to Maryland from Volusia County, Florida in 1997. I didn't realize what a luxury it was to collect a nice yellow bin FOR FREE from the County and pile all of my recyclables in it for a weekly pick-up. We (12 comments)

'Tis the season to be celebrating, giving...and recycling! Baltimore County will engage in a Christmas tree recycling program again this holiday season. Pass the following information on to other members of your Baltimore County community. To conserve fuel this winter, curbside collection of Christmas trees will involve two collections over a two-week period. Christmas tree recycling collection from Baltimore County single-family homes and town homes will begin Monday, January 11, 2010. To ensure collection, residents must place their tree at the front curb/street by Saturday, January 16, 2009 Baltimore County residents who live in an apartment or a condominium should follow (0 comments)

February in Baltimore County was a much stronger month than January of 2009. Buyers are obviously taking good advantage of the incredible interest rates and the amount of well priced inventory. Baltimore County, MD From: 02/01/2009 to 02/28/2009

baltimore county: This was a first! - 02/23/09 11:49 AM
I was showing homes to clients yesterday in Parkville. A suburb of Baltimore County, just outside the Baltimore City line. I have an appointment for 7824 Wilson Avenue and another to view 8103 Wilson Avenue. Just an ordinary street with 60 year old homes. How bizarre that these two homes were actually across the street from one another. No rhyme or reason why! (10 comments)

baltimore county: The plight of the Christmas Tree - 01/02/09 02:22 PM
The Holidays are over and now it's almost time to start thinking about packing up all of the ornaments and putting all the lights away. If you are like me, you have a semi live tree to take care of too. (I have crawled underneath it for the last time to fill stand up with water.)
Fortunatly Baltimore County offers a Christmas Tree Curbside Pick Up. The curbside collection of Christmas trees will involve two collections over a two-week period rather than three collections over a three-week period. From Jan 12th till Jan 18th the trees will be collected. For additional (0 comments)

baltimore county: Do you have a rental unit in Baltimore County - 07/03/08 09:32 PM
The phone has been going crazy as the deadline to register rental units was June 30th 2008. Every rental property requires hard- wired smoke detectors and an inspection to make sure it is up to code "Baltimore County to postpone rental registration" Jaime Malarkey, The Examiner 2008-07-01 Baltimore County lawmakers are poised to postpone a new rental inspection program set to take effect today - and could cancel the program altogether. I am a Maryland transplant from many other places, most recently Florida, but since 1997 I have found my true home in the heart of this great State. Maryland has it all. Mountains 3 hours to the West, the Atlantic Ocean 3 hours to the East and head North and South for either Philadelphia and New York or Washington DC. It is the perfect location! The Metro Baltimore area offers a rich mix of history and modern amenities. City living, suburbia or "not a neighbor in sight" is available in this area. Excellent Schools, amazing communities and an incredible location is why many people choose to live in Central Maryland. I proudly help my clients buy and sell all types of homes in Howard County and beyond. Enjoying the entire process is my goal for my clients. Every transaction is different and everyone has different needs. I know the Metro Baltimore area well and I am current on the Real Estate Market activity- That's my job.
As your "Buyers Agent" I will work diligently to find you the home that suits all your needs. I will update you immediately when a home matches your search criteria. I will educate you on the current market and help you craft the best offer possible. I will "hold your hand" throughout the entire process.
As your "Listing Agent" I will coach and guide you from day one to put your best foot forward when you list your home. I will use aggressive and innovative marketing strategies to give your home the best exposure possible. I will use modern technology and multiple resources that other agents do not use. I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH PROOF OF ALL MY EFFORTS.
I am a full time agent and I my number one goal is to give you exceptional service ALWAYS.
