Starting the week of February 1, 2010 Recycling in Baltimore County will be easier and more convenient than ever with the start of "Single Stream" recycling collection. This announcement came through the mail last week and essentially it means that residents of Baltimore County no longer have to endure the strict regulations of recycling that have been in effect. I relocated to Maryland from Volusia County, Florida in 1997. To conserve fuel this winter, curbside collection of Christmas trees will involve two collections over a two-week period. I was showing homes to clients yesterday in Parkville. A suburb of Baltimore County, just outside the Baltimore City line. I have an appointment for 7824 Wilson Avenue and another to view 8103 Wilson Avenue. Just an ordinary street with 60 year old homes. The Holidays are over and now it's almost time to start thinking about packing up all of the ornaments and putting all the lights away. If you are like me, you have a semi live tree to take care of too. (I have crawled underneath it for the last time to fill stand up with water.)
