The Central Maryland Real Estate market is in full Spring season with increases in volume, less inventory and many properties getting multiple offers. It's almost like the crazy market of 2006.

March was a "taster" to what was going to happen in April. More jobs, less unemployement and a stronger economy are factors that have created buyer urgency and a shifted balance in the market in the Metro Baltimore area.
