Residential Home Resale statistics for Howard County - December 2010 While November 2010 saw a fair decrease from November 2009, for December the two years were fairly equivalent in overall sales. Compared solely to last month, Howard County saw sales increase by about $8 million. As it seems to be with the trend, attached home sales decreased from 55 to 44 and detached home sales went up from 199 to 122. Though both months are still short of November 2009's $91 million campaign, the upward trend is a a bright spot in a cloud that's slowly starting to fade away. … (0 comments)
Howard County sales for the month of October 2010 showed a decrease compared to sales of the same month in 2009, but were relatively similar, if not slightly more encoraging in some respects, than sales in September of 2010. In the month of October in Howard County 17 Short Sales went to closing. The longest one on the market was listed in May of 2009 for $599,000 and eventually sold this month for a net of $328,000.
