Residential Home Resale statistics for Howard County - January 2011 There was no "show stopping" bad weather to blame for the lack of sales in January in Howard County Maryland. Just a few flurries and a few days of closed schools. No reason for such a drastic decline in home sales, but Sales were down compared to the same month in 2010 by 9.26%. Nothing is more rewarding to me than happy clients at settlement. The seller client is happy to have sold their home and the buyer client is happy to have purchased a new home.
