Homes in Catonsville are selling like hotcakes! It's pretty clear from the December market stats that the current Real Estate market in 21228 is RED HOT. What does this mean? Inventory is insanely low and buyer demand is high- THIS IS A SELLERS MARKET. What is your home currently worth? The current value is probably a LOT HIGHER than what you imagine.
