I know we are all in a changing market.  I also know that from everything I've read its says that if you are going to make it in this business you must "list to last".  But in a changing market, that's tough.  Here in New England sellers are hoping they will pull the same numbers sellers got a year ago.  Unfortunately, that just isn't going to happen.  I can try to explain that the market is "normalizing" but some folks just don't want to hear it.  They want that bigger number and are willing to wait for it.  So what am I doing?  I'm … (2 comments)

I'm not sure exactly how this works...not sure if anyone will even listen...but as my mother always says, "What does it hurt to try?"  She's right and I'm trying my first Blog right here on ActiveRain.
