What work you ask?  Well, she needs some paint, a window or two and a bit of love.  We all do don't we??  Although her interior needs a bit of spit and polish, the bones of this 1900 New Englander are as solid as rock.  Could you be the one … (4 comments)

Eliot/Kittery, ME Real Estate - March 2008 Market Update - 04/15/08 05:44 PM
You might not believe it, BUT, the National Association of Realtors stated recently that sales of existing homes rose to a 5.03 million annual rate in February which is an unexpected 2.9% increase.  Why?  The answer is that sales are being spurred by lower prices.  Falling prices improve affordability and encourage people to make purchases.
In addition to existing home sales, new construction homes for sale at the end of February dropped to 471,000 units (in the US), the fewest since July 2005.
Rising sales and lower prices have also stimulated the mortgage market.  This is due in part to recent … (0 comments)

Walk for Multiple Schlerosis-Portsmouth, NH - 04/03/08 09:15 PM
On Saturday, April 12th, a local team supported by a good friend of mine will be walking for Multiple Schlerosis.  The five-mile route starts at 10 a.m. at the Portsmouth Middle School.
Multiple Schlerosis is a devastating disease that affects 14,000 individuals in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and 400,000 people across the country.  Those participating and donating their time to this walk are doing what they can to help and hopefully someday their efforts will help find a cure for this disease.
For every $1.oo raised for Multiple Schlerosis, 85 cents goes towards MS education, support, advocacy and research to help people with multiple sclerosis; 12 cents go towards … (0 comments)
