The answer to that is YES!!!! The short sale niche is certainly growing in importance and popularity in our real estate community today. Banks and lenders are overwhelmed with foreclosed properties. So what are they doing? To save themselves money and the legalities involved in a foreclosure, many banks are encouraging short sales. Lenders are also getting a little easier to deal with on short sale offers. Truth be told, a successful short sale helps your lender to avoid getting one more foreclosed home on their books.
