Tooting My Own Horn: or that of my Offspring :) - 07/24/09 09:06 AM
Konnie what a fantastic accomplishment. Gymnastics is probably one of the most gruelling sports there is. Many people don't realize the hours of training that the athletes have to prepare to compete at that level. My hat is off to your son! Congratulations!! Via Konnie MAC, RDCpro (Konnie McKee ): I always tell my kids....you can do anything you put your mind to.... Sometimes as adults we end up just saying this sort of stuff to kids because it's the right thing to say.....but do we really practice what we preach?? My kids remind me everyday...that I have to practice what I preach...my (0 comments)

That is one of the biggest complaints I hear from my agent clietnts.. Buyers who don't understand that they need to get prequalifed before going to look at homes. It is amazing how little the general public knows about the whole process of purchasing a home.. Via Konnie MAC, RDCpro (Konnie McKee ): If you are looking to buy a home....the first AND MOST IMPORTANT stop to make...is with your lender!!! Why........ you ask? Well, if you are serious about purshasing a home, then you will want to have a good idea of what your monthly payments will be, most people have a (0 comments)
1+ Acre Lot, Three Finished Levels... - 07/24/09 09:01 AM
This is an excellent example of how photos make a huge difference. Agents need to remember that photos are the first thing that a potential buyers sees, photos bring people to a house..or turn them off from going to a house... remember to remove clutter from your photos as much as you can... "Making Homes Affordable Program" The REAL TRUTH...it ain't pretty - 07/24/09 06:57 AM
I hear you, we tried to modify our mortgage too. I don't quite understand why these lenders would want someone to ruin their credit to get help. You would think it would make more sense to help people out, not penalize them for having problems. Via Konnie MAC, RDCpro (Konnie McKee ): The government has rolled out a program "Making Homes Affordable" they even have them a little website and everything! It's a nice website about how the government wants to help homeowners stay in their homes.....all sounds good right..?? WRONG!! WHAT THEY NEGLECT TO POINT OUT IS....Your lender has to cooperate to (0 comments)
