Inventory is starting to decline which indicates that our market is gradually getting back in balance. Although many of the existing listings are bank owned, pre-foreclosure or short sales, this is necessary to start the process of getting our listings and sales back in balance. Ultimately, 50% of our inventory is Vacant & approx. 75% of those in escrow are vacant as well. Most likely investor or bank owned inventory. This is GOOD news for our market!
