9 of the 10 most searched markets on REALTOR.com last year were sun-drenched cities, and Phoenix one of them, suggesting the Sun Belt will continue to have many of the hottest real estate markets in the country.
"Changing conditions throughout 2010 in the sunshine states resulting from foreclosures, the tax credit, interest rates and other factors created more interest in real estate there compared with other states," says Realtor.com President Errol Samuelson.

There are 2 properties closed at the Heritage Sun City, Arizona in March of 2011. Very low activities for this time of the year.
Unit #225 was sold for $90,000 (Actually it was sold for $92,000 but did not appraised at sold price). Very common problem in today's market.
And Unit #238 (foreclosure) was sold at the action for $53,000. It is way below today's market price. I guess the reason for that is that mortgage insurance paid the difference. Another common problem in today's market.

Recently seven residents of the Heritage Sun City, Arizona Luxury Condos complex decided to update common area Kitchen and Bathroom which are available for use by Heritage residents at no additional charge.
All renovations were done by using private funds and did not effect the budget of the Heritage Sun City Condos. New granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double sink, modern faucets, new mirror and crown moldings made a big difference!
