Top Resale Realtor in Sun City Festival
Yep, it's official... at least for the time being.  This last year I started receiving a number of congratulatory phone calls from other brokers (as well as people trying to sell me something) commenting on my being the top selling Realtor in Sun City Festival.
After the second or third call I had to see exactly where I stood.  To date, since January of 2010 I have had 30 sales. 14 Buyer side sales and 16 Sun City Festival sold listings.  The next closest Realtor had 20 "sides" during the same time period.  Several of … (1 comments)
