&lt;p&gt;This will be an exciting few years. The forclosure market will not last more than 2 to 3 years. The investors that get in now to the end of the year are going to do better than those that wait. As sales start to heat up so will the prices. The Scottsdale and Masa areas are holding up very well, but the other areas are not. Sun city, Surpise and Peorea are being hit the hardest. THERE ARE 25% TO 45% DECREASES FROM THE 05, 06 AND O7 PRICES.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
