October 2011 Miami Real Estate Market Report

 

Miami home sales rose strongly in October and remain above year-ago levels accordint o informatin form the National Association of REALTORS. Though Miami home sales have been jugging along at a sub-apar level with interest reates hovering at record lows, there has been a growing demand from buyers who had delayed entering into the South Beach real estate market until now.
