Wholesale? Since when has real estate become retail?
All these folks who are upside down and have assessed just values less than the price they can sell it for...where is the compassion that we show after a hurricane? A relief fund and state of emergency is needed. It really is like we got hit by a banking hurricane and the mud is still flying!
I can see taking a loss and making it up on the other end, but wholesale? Talk about digging yourself in a hole? Maybe that is why they call it "hole" sale.

Seminole County vs. Volusia County
Similarities:
Both are in Florida. Both have only a few degrees of temperature difference.
Both Seminole County and Volusia County have populations in the 400,000 range although Volusia seems to have about 88,000 more people according to the 2008 census.
Differences:
Seminole county is closer to Orlando. Seminole has more inland areas.
Volusia county is closer to Daytona and Ormond Beach. Volusia has more beach areas.
Seminole has many corporations to employ people at a higher wage and the pace of living is faster. The mall is newer.

After a late summer, the crepe myrtle trees are now in full bloom and make Sylvan Lake an even prettier site than it usually is. There are few different pictures to share with you to allow you enjoy the beauty of this neighborhood.

Alaqua is a gated community in the heart of Heathrow-Florida
This community is between Sanford-Florida and Lake Mary-Florida. Having lived in Lake Mary and having worked in Heathrow it is more metro than country although there is selected areas where nature can still be appreciated as well as exercise trails.
For those who enjoy casual or fine dining there are both. For healthy treats there are a few smoothie establishments. For cafe lovers, there is more than one Starbucks, bagel restaurants, Dunkin' and more. Ethnic restaurants offer variety.

Active Rain is an interesting phenomenon so I wanted to know its history. It seems back in 2000 they hired a new marketing director who used to run a site that combined mortgage companies and those wanting to buy a home onto the web. There are many vacant land deals right now! Kiplingers even mentions the stock market (not day traders)and bonds have the same long term capital gain appreciation. Land does not depreciate. Land is the original homestead investment when they diviided all into tracts. So the gain will be evident over time.

Notice I chose a boat we have to paddle? This is fitting, we are all paddling, there is no smooth sailing or power boating right now. We are rowing that boat as fast as we can just to stay in the same place.
The sailboat looked so pleasant. Eventually we will be smooth sailing again in this real estate market. Ho-hum...

Chess pieces? or the Capital Building of the U.S.?
Architecture can set a mood. Being that I have an interior design background we were required to take architecture. Architectural Graphic Standards was one of the textbooks. We had to build bridges out of straws also as an engineering feat and then see how much weight the bridge could hold. We also made 3-D models, it was quite interesting.

How many of these metal bridges are left?
Sort of reminds me of Bridges of Madison County and brings back yesteryear. Wouldn't it be something to have a wedding on this bridge or propose to your loved one?
Make it a party, bring a picnic basket, and the boat ramp is right here!
Talk about wining and dining...this would be Rhine-ing and dining...like being on the Rhine river in Paris which is quite wonderful.

Does this Tug of War statue evoke any emotions within you?
We have all been there.
What was your situation if you can share it with others?
Sometimes it can be a family member, a friend, a buyer or seller, or just kids playing around.
It can be challenging no matter who it is with. In this statue they all look evenly matched so that makes the fight a little less easy to call.

Did you notice the lower clouds look like to hands holding an orb?
and the upper clouds look like a rainbow?
What would we do, I mean, really, without the sun? Electricity?
It may be the highest form of energy fuel in the food chain.

Night at the Museum is worth seeing! It is very creative and the characters alone are hilarious. Ben Stiller being the son of a comedian team certainly inherited some of their humor.
There was less slapstick then he usualy has but there was conflict anger management situations, Abe Lincoln to the rescure a heroic squirrel, putdowns of Darth Vader and Oscar the Grouch that were funny and clever.
