I must say this lack of snow and unusual warm weather in Rochester NY has prompted a lot of buyers to get out there and shop for a new home!  My voice mail and three other agents I tried to reach today had full voice mail boxes!  I'm so glad texting is an option.  This is getting hard to keep up with!

Rochester, NY usually has a strong January market, yes snow and all....but this is fun!  The weather is making it a breeze...the dark at 5 pm is not helping when you're out looking at land, but we are out there!  Even better the sellers that were holding off until March or April are putting their homes on the market now so we are getting some good choices!

I had to use the Batman reference since my theme in marketing is my comic strip!  Buying or Selling a home does not have to be a drag. This is going to be your new home your buying-or the home you made all those great memories in that your selling...you need to put your trust in someone that will look out for your best interests.

Remember, if the thought of buying or selling a home is causing a fuss...call on your friend Susan Aser at RE/MAX Plus!

Feel free to contact me at 585-279-8289 or SusanAser@REMAX.net with any home buying or selling questions!
