ORLANDO, Fla. – Avalon Park Group, which developed Avalon Park in east Orlando, is in design and will begin construction of a $50 million, 200,000 square foot Manor department store in Liestal, Switzerland. Beat Kahli, who heads Avalon Park Group, said Manor department store is the largest retailer in Switzerland. The department store facility will anchor a new town center in Liestal, featuring underground parking for 300 vehicles.
