ORLANDO, Fla. – Avalon Park Group, which developed Avalon Park in east Orlando, is in design and will begin construction of a $50 million, 200,000 square foot Manor department store in Liestal, Switzerland. Beat Kahli, who heads Avalon Park Group, said Manor department store is the largest retailer in Switzerland. The department store facility will anchor a new town center in Liestal, featuring underground parking for 300 vehicles. Kahli said adjacent retail space will include a supermarket and other retailers as well as office space. ORLANDO, Fla. --- Beat Kähli, who heads Avalon Park Group in East Orlando and is the developer of the 1,800 acre community, recently became one of the largest shareholders in Industrieholding Cham, a paper-making firm listed on the main Swiss stock exchange. ICI readying six homes for Parade of Homes in Flagler, Volusia Counties in spring - 01/05/09 01:25 PM
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. --- ICI Homes plans to unveil six homes during the Parade of Home events in February and March in Flagler and Volusia Counties. Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes in Daytona Beach, said two homes — one in Palm Coast and another at Plantation Bay in Ormond Beach will be on display.
