HUD Foreclosed Home - Great Incentive to buy A HUD Home - 02/08/08 08:07 AM
The Federal government is trying to stimulate our economic, that is with the approval of Tax Rebate/Stimulus's package and now HUD is offing incentives to home buyers who are looking to buy HUD foreclosed homes.
The HUD Home Ownership Center in Philadelphia is offering a special incentive on HUD -owned single family homes that have been obtained through foreclosure.  These special incentives are to the general public for the purchase of HUD repossessed properties in Ohio and Michigan.  The buyer must be purchasing the home as a Principal Residence.  Investment Properties are not permitted under this incentive.
