 My house hasn't sold yet! So many times I hear this from seller's, there are many reasons why your home hasn't sold. I think the most important mind set for a seller is to look at their home as a business transaction (remove all emotional attachment) with this mind set you will be more accepting of advice, condition of your home and market  conditions. National Home Market Improving - 03/01/11 03:55 PM
The National Board of Realtors published a very detailed report on who is buying and the type of homes they are buying. The Midwest housing market rose 1.8 % but the average price dropped 3.2 percent, this price drop is related to the deeply discounted foreclosure market.
