I came, I saw, I conquered! I have a new buyer who sent me 16 listing sheets in 4 different town/cities. The majority being in one area. I can hear what you are thinking! They do not know what they want. I set 11 appointments in 1 day with 20 minutes in between. Instead of making geographic sense I went for breaking things up with a lockbox showing or key in hand showing every few in case we fell behind. We actually took a coffee break about half way through which was greatly needed. 10 out of 11 showings were in one town with the last showing (2 comments)

Short Sales. They can and do eventually happen! - 01/19/10 07:06 PM
Tomorrow I meet with 2 appraisers on my current short sale. 4 months, 1 week and 2 days since I faxed over the first piece of paperwork... but who is counting! Fortunately, this is not my first go around on this type of sale. I am growing patience. Okay, maybe not patience but I am growing used to the delays. About 2 weeks ago, I called to check once again on the status of my file that has been assigned months ago to a negotiator for workout only to hear that all the files had been reassigned. UGH!
