If you are selling now, be ready to make repairs, spruce things up and price compellingly. The Long Island housing market currently has 14 months of inventory. So Mr. Seller please show me what makes your home so special.
If you put in a new front sidewalk, clean the stoop and paint the door I may just take a look. If you would open up that swimming pool and have the water glistening I just might take a look.
