Canby Open House Feb 22, 2009 Lots of traffic - My best advertising - 02/23/09 12:31 PM
So I am still puzzled at the days I get lots of traffic and the days I get no traffic.  I had over a dozen people come through my open yesterday.  I had also driven to Krispie Kremes to get donuts for my open house.  Probably over half were just lookers, but two couples were actual buyers.  When I asked if they were working with an agent they both said yes, DARN, but thats fine, I just want my listing to sell. 
Oh, and my best advertising is that "Open Sunday 1-4" House Sign.  I think it cost about 15 dollars, … (2 comments)

Open House (Whole Office) Sunday Feb 8th Busy and got an offer - 02/15/09 04:54 PM
Sunday Feb 8th my open house was packed, probably the busiest I've been in a couple of years at an open house.  We had 14 agents in our office holding a house open so there were open house signs everywhere in town.  One of the couples that came through had an agent they were working with and they saw the people coming through "their" house.  That evening the agent called me and we had an offer.  The house had only been on the market 3 days.  Our office has chosen to do this quarterly and had have great results.
