If you do not put a price range in your search, or if you did as I did and go from $0 to $10,000,000, you will see that there are 3817 listings currently for sale in Chester County. Yikes! In any give price range, there are lots of really great houses to choose from with really great interest rates still to be had for folks who have good credit. Unbelievably, there are 632 homes for sale between $100,000 and $200,000! In eastern Chester County, where my office is, particularly East Goshen, there are 174 homes between $0 and $2,000,000! I had a settlement last month and I think it's fair to say the client was happy. I love happy clients! I met the buyer about 2 years ago, while he was in the thinking stages of buying his first home. I love first time buyers and I don't mind waiting and helping them until they are ready to make that first purchase.
