It's illegal right now in New Jersey, but pending legislation would allow real estate brokers to pay clients a portion of their commissions at the close of a deal. New Jersey is one of just 11 states that don't allow the incentive, said Sen. Nicholas P. Scutari (D-Union), one of the bill's sponsors. It would be up to the individual real estate agent to decide whether to pay the client and how much. Head for the backyard or beach Tuesday or Wednesday night! The annual Perseid meteor shower is expected to put on a good show this week for those willing to stay up until midnight or willing to get up in the wee hours of the morning and wait patiently for the shooting stars. In Monmouth County, the best time to watch will be between midnight to 5 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, Aug. 11th and Aug. 12, weather permitting. monmouth county: It's a great year for Hydrangeas

Coming back from my coffee stop in Red Bank, I passed these hydrangeas tumbling over a fence on Harrison Avenue in Fair Haven. This year has been a great year for hydrangeas! As I drive around in my real estate travels each day I notice them blooming from pale icy blues to deep violets. I've always got my camera with me and I couldn't resist. I must remember to drop off a copy of this photo for the homeowners. This is a great time to consider moving into Fair Haven, there are so many good values with prices at a lower (0 comments)
