With Memorial Day coming up, the world in a big mess, and our country more divided than ever with a lot of ugly and mean treatment of anyone who disagrees with our opinions, it is time to pause and reflect on our country, our families, on those we have lost, and on the need to show love and compassion to each other while we can.

Maureen has compiled a great list of tips for sellers in preparing their homes for showing.  We listing agents cannot tell our sellers these things enough. 
Clearly we do not want to tell them how to live their lives, but if they are serious about selling their homes, their lifestyles may have to be adjusted for a short time. 
The alternative may be having their homes on the market for a long time and/or selling at a reduced price.
