Have you ever been to Raging Waters Sacramento?
If you haven't, you are missing a really fun experience. There are several rides and slides, including body slides and tube sides (some rated extreme), wave pool, an 800 foot long river, volleyball court, a children's play area with kiddie slides, water toys, a lagoon with pirate ship, and fun for all ages! There are also food vendors for meals and snacks.

It was very popular before larger airports were built, but eventually it was turned into Phoenix Field residential development and Phoenix Park.

Here is something that the media is simply not reporting enough: Now is a great time to sell! In Sacramento County, California, if you have a Home to sell, there are buyers for it - and those buyers will compete over a well-priced home.

Transactions are so much easier without irrelevant demands. In the last year I have run into some pretty demanding people. My clients have visited open houses and had the listing agent tell them the seller said anyone who wants to buy the property must use them as their agent (apparently thinking that they could save on commission or something). That happened twice - two different buyers at two different open houses! I guess that is legal, but it seems to be pushing the ethics and is certainly counterproductive, since my clients won't buy a house unless I will be representing them. … (4 comments)

Have you ever noticed this little notch on the ends of your wrap boxes? Did you know what it was for?
One of my pet peeves years ago was trying to pull some wrap out of the box and having the whole roll come out, so it was useless to try to pull the right length and then use the cutter.

Now that the buyers are out looking for homes, there are few on the market and each home that comes up for sale receives multiple offers if it is priced properly. And those on the market are selling quickly.

The Guinness World Record for the most expensive hot dog now rests here in Sacramento, the capitol city of the great state of California. You can buy this amazing hot dog at Capitol Dawg, repeatedly voted as Sacramento's favorite hot dog stand.

Have you ever thought, "We could knock down that wall between these two bedrooms and make one large master bedroom" when you see a home with smaller bedrooms than you hoped for?
I have been hearing that lately from buyers and I always tell them that reducing the number of bedrooms might reduce the market value of their home.
Well, I got a chance to discuss the issue with an appraiser the other day, and he gave me some input that may be helpful to you if you are considering that.

Communication is the key to success. If you hate to communicate, then you should not be in the real estate business. I'm not normally a ranter, but I have to say that there seems to be an epidemic lately of agents who simply won't communicate.
