cold calling: Some challenges are just too hard - for some of us

Have you ever been offered a challenge, then made an effort, and then decided it was too hard? I set goals for myself, write them down, set deadlines for them, and do achieve many of them or at least get them done shortly after my self-imposed deadline. I have to admit that I have given up on at least one thing, however. We all think of things that would be great to accomplish, but how many of us actually accomplish the really difficult things, no matter how much work it takes, no matter how much we have to practice? cold calling: What's your favorite way to get new clients?

I have been taking a 12 week course for experienced agents, geared toward making us more efficient, more effective, and more profitable. It's a great course and I have put most of the lessons into practice, have benefitted from them, and will continue to follow them. If this were a class in which grades were given, one area that I would not have earned a high score is in cold-calling.
