Fair Oaks CA wild turkeys are brave! These wild turkeys stop by our front yard twice a day on their rounds. I have no idea what they find to eat there, but they scratch through the fallen leaves from our magnolia tree and seem to find something. They don't seem to care if I'm standing with them, and in fact sometimes I have to shoo them away so I can get to my car to leave for a meeting.This group is two mamas (lighter color) and their adolescent broods.
