Most buyers drive by your home first before deciding to view your home. An attractive yard will increase the chance that a buyer will want to see your home. Keep the bushes trimmed, grass mowed, plant some colorful flowers and mulch your beds. A nice wreath on your door will also add to the ambiance of your home. Keep your car in the garage if possible. Clean up all debris and make your yard as neat as possible. Of course, having the exterior of your home in good shape is a big bonus.
