Wow, Howard Hanna has rolled out a new program in which Howard Hanna Mortgage is offering an income loss protection program. 
You can get $1500 a month for up to 6 months if you lose your job after buying a home from Howard Hanna. You must use Howard Hanna Mortgage Services, buy a house listed with Howard Hanna. You must work at your job for at least 6 months before you lose it to qualify for the program. You can use the $1500 for your mortgage and for any other bills you need to pay.

Home Sales in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio for Feb. 2009 - 03/19/09 11:38 AM
In February there were 168 homes for sale in Cuyahoga Falls. They were priced between $30,000 and $245,900. They have been on the market an average of 4 to 5 months.
There are 18 homes that went Pending priced between $41,000 and $159,900.
There were 25 homes that Sold/Closed priced between $27,700 and $171,200. These homes sold for 93% of the list to sell price.

There were 107 homes for sale in Feb. with a price range from $59,900 to $825,000.. They have been on the market an average of 3 to 4 months.
There are 14 homes that went Pending with a price range from $54,900 - $210,000.
There were 10 homes that Sold/Closed with a price range of $64,000 to $255,000. These homes sold with 96% list to sales price, which means these homes were priced to sell. My local MLS sent me the following alert:

FRAUD ALERT - The Summit County Consumer Affairs Office sent out the following fraud alert: There is a deceptive website posing as HUD. This website is deliberately deceiving by public by using the HUD name in the web address as well as on the website. The website tries to dupe people into giving out personal information (known as "phishing") - and because they've made their site appear to be an "official U.S. Government website", some people may fall prey to this scam. I recently talked with a buyer who set up a search on realtor.com to receive emails on new listings. Her complaint was that sometimes the properties that she received emails on were already sold. I ask her for her email and signed her up to receive emails from me. I have access to our local MLS service and now she gets emails on new listings as soon as they are entered into the computer. Realtor Turned Seller - 03/06/09 11:04 AM
The shoe is on the other foot. I have put my condo up for sale and now I am the seller. I get up every morning and pick up everything before I leave for work. I clean up the kitchen and bathrooms and wipe down the counters and faucets so they gleam. I make sure the throw blankets are picked up and folded, make sure the beds are made and smoothed just so and make sure all the mini blinds are opened.
