Calvert County Real Estate Prices YTD 2013 - Calvert County prices continue to trend up when comparing this point of 2012 vs 2013 -  Up 7% when comparing YTD Calvert Median Sales price May 2013, $280,299 vs YTD May 2012, $262,000.

Calvert County

The Calvert County median sales price for all of 2012 was $286,400, 2.65% higher than the $279,000 2011 median.  While the current median sales price is lower than 2012 median, it is important to consider that the first 5 months of this year are looking better than 2012 and with that trend sets the pace to end up above 2012 for the year.
