How much material fact do you disclose? I have a client that is helping out her son on buying his first home. The son is only 20. What an awesome gift she is helping him with. My client is the mother, who called me and said we need to stop looking for her and hurray and find her son his place first. I sent over the listing available for the area he wants to live in on saturday of last week. This week she emails me and says she has picked out 7 pieces of property and could I look at them with (1 comments)
homes for sale: Let the counter offers begin. - 09/28/06 04:58 PM
I put in two offers to purchase last night around 11 pm. So, today, it is time for the counter offers to begin. Starting with the first phone call. It was late last night writing up the second offer, and my human factor kicked in, and I forgot to send over the FHA Addendum. No worries, that is an easy fix that I could do. As I was hanging up the first call and the second call came from the same second offer, but it was the mortgage company this time, and they were explaining that we will not be (1 comments)
