I'm a full-time professional realtor with Weichert, Realtors in Morristown, NJ. Morristown is going through big changes!! There are 3+ town home complexes going up with the higher end units $1M+ sold. All are within walking distance of the town and train. We have two train stations, so you can imagine the appeal for commuters. I would definitely say that buying a home or condo in Morristown is a great investment.
