fannie mae: I'm on the Home Stretch....

Today I called a counselor from the Minnesota Home Ownership Center who works with struggling homeowners to stay in their homes. They have formed a new partnership with Fannie Mae to do just that. During the course of our conversation, the counselor found out that I work with a number of short sale clients, and the discussion was very informative on both sides. After talking for a while, she suggested that I teach a real estate section during their "Home Stretch" classes.
