Just read Lenn Harley's blog, and it really made me think. I have to thank her immensely for writing about how as agents need to practive our "craft". Do you think twice when you work on these contracts for clients be they a buyer or seller? Or are you unsure? These (4 comments)

When you take buyers out for the first time, do you ever end up at the end of the trip with them asking which house was the one they like? Gosh, I sometimes can't say. And that was very frustrating when I first started taking people out.

Buyer's representative, but I represent many sellers as well. I work with banks, some local, some national who use me to market their properties. I have done evictions and gotten the homeowner on the back side! Love this business. I make customers friends for life!
