This is an incredible story.  Since customer service is something I still hold in high regard, I couldn't wait to share with you what happened to my team member Carol.  Carol loves to shop online.  One of her favorite sites is Zappos.com.  Recently she bought some shoes that turned out to be a different size than what was stated on the box.  She called Zappos - no big deal, a new pair was on it's way overnight - and she was asked to return the wrong sized shoes within two weeks to avoid additional charge & refund transactions.  Needless to say, Carol … (15 comments)
